The Lasting Value of a Montessori Education

Rupali Sharma

Discover the transformative power of Montessori education at our upcoming workshop, "The Lasting Impact of Montessori Education." This isn't just another preschool presentation – it's an exploration of how a Montessori education ignites a lifelong love of learning in children. We'll hear from our alumni, delve into the research-backed benefits, showcasing how Montessori fosters academic excellence, social-emotional growth, and creative problem-solving. You'll witness how Montessori empowers children with independence, a love of learning, and the skills they need to thrive in school and beyond. Join us to learn how a Montessori education can lay the foundation for your child's future success and unlock their full potential. This workshop is perfect for parents of young children (ages 2.5 - 13 years) and anyone curious about the Montessori approach.

Neurodiversity and Montessori

Christine Lowry
There is so much about the Montessori way of educating learners of all ages that today is considered best practice for inclusive classrooms serving ALL students. Over her years of observing children, Dr. Montessori came to understand that each student is an unique individual with strengths, and areas for growth and to share her core beliefs about how children learn that are still taught to Montessori educators today. The 30+ years of research on inclusive schooling confirms many of these key ideas.

If you are the parent of a neurodiverse child, a Montessori school may be just the right fit for your child and your family. Join us for an evening of learning and bring your questions, your concerns, and your experiences with Montessori education.

Christine Lowry, with her education and experience in special education, was a long time Montessori school leader and educator in 2 inclusive Montessori schools she founded. Her current work guides Montessori schools with consultation, coaching, and online courses as they become inclusive schools responsive to the needs of all kinds of learners and in partnership with each family.
