Hi Montessorians!

Welcome to December, the time we start (if we haven't already!) thinking about the next school year. Tuition increases, re-enrollment, and prospective parent events are among the many details we consider as we work to set our schools up for success for the 2019-2020 school year!

• Last week's coaching call we discussed Bonjoro, a lead engagement tool that has the potential to revolutionize the way we connect with our current and prospective parents. Check out the recording here and learn all about this tool, including a special offer exclusively for Nido members!
• Beginning with this week's coaching call we will hone in on our admissions processes and the essential tools we can use to streamline our work by discussing Docusign. It's a favorite of Matt's because it completely eliminates the need for the back-and-forth of paper documents. Join us to learn how Docusign can make everyone's job so much easier!
• Yesterday we sent an email announcing our new referral program for Nido members! If you refer a member to the second plane or above, you receive credit for one month of their purchase amount! That means you could receive up to $997 in credit! We are celebrating our first anniversary with an exciting announcement. We can't tell you just yet, but what we can tell you is that it's going to be huge!
